What data is collected

This website has a contact form at /en/contact/. There is no user registration and no other collection of data through the site.

When you submit the form, the data you provide is processed: your name, one means of contact (email address or phone number, whichever you prefer) and the content of your message, together with the language and the page you wrote from. It is used solely to reply to you and, where applicable, to provide the requested services.

The message is delivered by email to the site owner through the same infrastructure that hosts the website (Cloudflare). No external form provider is involved, and there are no international transfers beyond those inherent to the hosting described below.

If you contact the site owner by phone, WhatsApp or email, the data you provide (name, phone number, email address and the content of your message) will be processed in the same way and for the same purpose.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form before sending it (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract where the enquiry concerns hiring a service (Art. 6(1)(b)). If you make contact by phone, WhatsApp or email, the basis is your consent in approaching the site owner and the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about professional services.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@sebastianmartorell.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

For as long as the professional relationship remains active, and thereafter for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

This website does not use cookies.

Anonymous visit statistics are collected using Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service that does not use cookies and does not track individual users. It records aggregate data only: number of visits, country, browser and device type. This data cannot identify you personally.

Because no cookies are used and no personal data is processed for this purpose, no cookie consent banner is required.

5 · Hosting

This website is hosted on infrastructure that may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) as part of normal server operation and security.

6 · Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
